It happened to me once in arenas. Good thing it was only for the match. At the beginning it charged up but then after that I was confused so I just pressed the button and it worked w/o showing the recharge.

I had this same problem in a GvG match. I thought they had SV or something killing my adrenaline. My charge was at 0 but when I hit eviscerate it worked.

Restart and it should fix like mentioned above. If this keeps happening report it to Anet. The more infomation they have and instances the better they know how to fix it.

Not particularly familiar with the adrenaline display problem, as I've only had it once, but:

I can almost guarantee you I know what that is. The Windows service "Wireless Zero Configuration", which automatically configures your wireless ethernet settings, has exactly this performance. Fortunately, once your comp gets the settings in, you can turn this service off. I actually made a VBScript to turn this bugger off after everything gets configured, and put it into my startup menu.

Didn't Anet fix this bug? I'm pretty sure they had something about it on the Update notes....

They should make a Mesmer hex that recreates this problem intentionally. I think it would be hilarious! But then again, I'm a big mesmer fan.

I have had the same thing, along with dp not showing up properly. Happens in totally random places, the new tombs, fissure, or missions in the jungle. Often when a teammate dies, for some reason, but it hasn't happened often enough to be sure, it could be coincidence. It happened to me a few months back, dissapeared, and in the last few weeks happened quite a lot, almost daily like the OP also experienced.

Many thanks to A-net. That update seems to have fixed it. I have not encountered it again since.

This annoying glitch happens whenever I get a huge lag spike.
